If you ever had a doubt on a test cycle, you probably wanted to ask someone about it. Or if you have more experience and you saw a Greenhorn asking for guidance and you wanted to help somehow, then this is the article where you will find out how to reach out other testers that are going through the same path as you or others that could use some of your experience in crowdtesting.

Bug Improvement Suggestions

During a test cycle, you can view another tester's bug report on the Bugs tab, and when on that report, at the bottom of the page, you will see a Suggest improvement button.

There you can add your suggestions regarding every field separately to improve your fellow tester's work.

Learn more about the suggestions on our Bug Improvement Suggestions article.

Test Cycle Chat

When you're on a active test, there is a Chat tab, where you can talk to the test cycle's Team Leader and testers that are participating in the same test. There, you can ask questions about the test cycle, the website/app under test and also suggest a improvement for a tester's report by tagging them with "@".

Asking your questions on that field will benefit you and possibily other colleagues, since your doubt could be shared among others and solved by our experienced Team Leaders.

Discord

One of the best things of being part of our Community is receiving support from experienced testers and also create bonds with testers that are going through the same processes as you are.

And what better way to gain knowledge than with each other? In our Discord Community you can reach out other testers by addressing to specific topics in each channel, or just socializing with friends.

In Discord, you can improve your writing and bug hunting skills by taking part in our Quizzes, Tournaments, or by reading examples of bug reports and discussing yours and tester's common questions. If you want to, you can talk to fellow testers and share your knowledge or ask anybody about your doubts.

No matter what tool you choose, you will always get the most of our Support throughout your path. Remember, unity is strength. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
