Why is your feedback important?

Feedback plays a crucial role in any process, providing valuable insights that contribute to improving and optimizing products and services. The Test IO team highly values your feedback.

You can also share your suggestions about how to make the platform better by using the Canny board.

What is the Tester Happiness Survey?

The Tester Happiness Survey is a quarterly process we've developed to assess satisfaction with our platform. Each question is carefully designed to measure various aspects:

  • Overall satisfaction with Test IO platform

  • Communication and cooperation

  • User experience with our product

  • Maintaining the compliance within the community

  • Support by different teams

  • Training and educational resources

  • Collaboration with Team Leaders

  • Bug Dispute process

By analyzing survey results, we can identify areas that may need improvement to ensure the ongoing happiness of our testers.

How do we use your feedback?

To ensure that your feedback contributes to continuous improvement, our dedicated team, led by Tetiana, a Community Tester Lead, and Thomas, a Team Leader has defined the process:

  1. Review and evaluate all feedback received

  2. Share results and brainstorm ideas with the entire community team

  3. Investigate brought up pain points and analysis of root causes

  4. Plan process and product changes

  5. Implement changes and review the situation

Example of the process

After reviewing the survey results, we noticed that testers shared complaints regarding the Support team about the long response time. So in collaboration with the support team, we took the next steps and improved it:

  1. Investigated the current time for responses

  2. Added new message templates with relevant information

  3. Improved bot answers

  4. Continuously monitor response time


In conclusion, your feedback is crucial for improving our platform and ensuring the happiness of our testers. Through the Tester Happiness Survey, we identify areas for enhancement and take action to address them.

Note: currently the survey is sent only to approved testers.
