In the dynamic world of software testing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for testers from diverse linguistic backgrounds is paramount.

Now, we are delighted to inform you that the essence of our commitment to inclusivity is already woven into the fabric of our platform. The Multilingual Bug Report Submission feature is now available! This is a testament to our dedication to providing a gentle and welcoming transition for testers during the Exploratory testing course.

Why Multilingual Bug Report Submission Matters

  1. A Language of Inclusion: By offering an Exploratory testing task (Submitting Bug Report Module) in testers' native language, we ensure that language barriers dissolve, allowing testers to feel seen, heard, and valued right from the start.

  2. Connecting Globally: Our platform has blossomed into a global haven for testers, thanks to the thoughtful inclusion of preferred languages. Now, testers from every corner of the world can engage effortlessly, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.

  3. Nurturing a Positive Experience: Multilingual Bug Report Submission goes beyond functionality; it creates a positive and enriching experience for testers, setting the tone for a collaborative and supportive testing community.

How to Submit Bug Report in your Native language

After opening Bug Reports Module Tasks (Functional Bug Reports or Visual & Content Bug Reports), under the "Submit a bug report" section, you will have the possibility to open the dropdown menu next to "In which language are you writing this bugs report?".

Here you will see different languages, and you can select your native one. Currently, our Multilingual Bug Report Submission supports the following languages:

  • English

  • German

  • Russian

  • French

  • Polish

  • Italian

  • Portuguese

  • Spanish (Castilian)

  • Korean

When you are done with language selection, in the input fields such as Title, Steps, Result description, and Expected result, you can write the text in the selected language, and submit the report by clicking on the "Submit" button in the action bar at the bottom of the website. Just a reminder, before submitting the Bug Report, we advise you to check our Bug Report Requirements article and make sure that your Bug Report meets our quality standards otherwise, your bug report will not be accepted.

NOTE: Although you are allowed to submit the Bug Report in your Native language, the response for the Onboarding Manager will be always in the English language.
