The introduction article Types of Bugs provides a brief overview of our bug categories and 'Related Articles' give you a good idea how to differentiate between them. There are cases, though, that cannot not be assessed straightforwardly and that we have seen many times in our tests, which is why we collect them on a list – our Bug Assessment Sheet.
To each case there is an assigned fixed bug type or severity level that you should apply. Only if a bug occurs on an old environment or if the customer provides specific severity examples, the severity of a case might be lower than the fixed severity on that sheet. See our article Functional Bugs for more information.
As the list will be updated over time, please check it regularly.
