Hello everyone! My name is Sviatoslav and I'm from Ukraine, Kharkiv. I've been working at Test IO for a little over a year now, and I'm a Head of Tester Support and Compliance Team. I support our Team Leaders in solving the current problems of the testers, supporting and improving the processes and flow of responding to different situations. With my Compliance Team, we are very careful to prevent various manipulations.

Every new person in the Test IO is cool. Our team works every day to improve the system and every person contributes to development that will be fairly valued . We make money here too, don't we :) So I think it's important for a new tester to be helpful, follow instructions, and share the values of the community. Then success will be a matter of a short period of time!

Communication with the team is the best thing in my everyday work. I really like my team. These people inspire with their personality and their activities. They are open and responsive. And it's great considering the amount of communication that is present in the daily work. Now a lot of things are new to me and it's definitely not a chore. And if routine, it's very pleasant :)

I really enjoy watching and playing soccer myself. Also, yoga and traveling are my hobbies! I prefer warm countries to cold ones, I love the sea, sightseeing and meeting new people when I travel!
