For the testcase tests there is a given process and a certain number of steps that must be completed in order to verify a certain outcome or behavior.

The number of steps varies from three to thirty steps per TestCase.
For example, one step is “Add a product to the shopping cart.”

For testcase tests the testers get paid for completing the steps and if you find a bug you can report it and get a bonus for it.

During the implementation stage accurate execution is very important.

The team leader will check the execution and steps (you must hand in screenshots/screencasts as proof and report the results at some steps).

Keep in mind that the management and maintenance of testcases is pretty complex – sometimes steps aren’t perfectly described,
try your best to solve such problems or ask the teamleader.
