During exploratory testing, you can explore a website, mobile application, or a program in your own way. We only give you limitations in regards to the areas and features that should be tested, and what type of bugs the customer looks for.

Besides exploratory testing and usability testing, we don't offer other testing methods such as performance testing or automated testing.

The given features, additional requirements, and chat information define what you should test. In most cases, only certain areas, like the shopping cart, are supposed to be tested, but sometimes the whole application is in scope.

Normally, the payout for exploratory tests will be given per accepted bug report.

Special tests might be treated differently – this will be mentioned in advance.

Please note that only the first bug report which follows our standards of quality will be approved and forwarded by us.
